These Terms of Service govern your use of Bizply, an AI-powered website generation service. By using Bizply, you agree to these terms.

• "Service" refers to Bizply and all related features and tools.
• "User" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
• "Generated Site" refers to the web page created by a User through the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced within the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• You may sign up using an email address or social login (Google).
• Your account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Users can generate a website by searching for their business, which is sourced from publicly available business listing data.
• The number of sites you can create and the features available depend on your subscription plan.
• Usage limits apply per plan as described below.

Bizply offers the following plans:

• Free plan — Up to 3 sites, up to 20 reviews per site, 4 basic themes, AI site generation, SEO & search indexing. No charge.
• Pro plan — $4.99/month per site, up to 100 reviews per site, all themes, photo & video uploads, recrawl & info sync, SEO & search indexing.

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly per site and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

• If you have not used the service after purchasing a Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Once service use has begun (e.g., site generation), refunds are restricted in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea).
• Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to:

• Use false identity or impersonate another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including DDoS or excessive automated requests)
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Generate or publish illegal or harmful content
• Reproduce or distribute content created by the Service without authorization
• Exploit security vulnerabilities in the Service

To ensure service stability, the following limits apply:

• API requests are rate-limited per account and IP address.
• Resource-intensive operations (site generation, review refresh) are limited to one concurrent job per account.
• File uploads are subject to format, size, and count limits per plan.
• Requests exceeding limits may be temporarily blocked. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

• Business listing data sourced from third-party platforms remains the property of their respective owners.
• AI-generated content (copy, layout, etc.) is licensed to you for use within the Service.
• We may use Generated Sites for service improvement and promotional purposes.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons. We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any planned service termination.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for discrepancies caused by changes in third-party business listing data.
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from your own actions or negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
